Professor Chris Griffiths’ research interests cover all aspects of psoriasis and skin ageing and he is credited with developing the concept that psoriasis is an immune-mediated disease, leading to the development of novel, life-changing biologic treatments for the disease. In January 2018, Professor Griffiths received an OBE from the Queen for his services to Dermatology.
