Professor Paul Emery’s research interests focus on the immunopathogenesis and immunotherapy of rheumatoid arthritis, SpA, psoriatic disease and connective tissue diseases. He has served on the editorial board of all major rheumatology journals, and in 2018 Professor Emery was awarded an OBE by the Queen for services to rheumatology.
